I hold a Master of Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with CRPO. With experience spanning community and private practice settings, I see that people come to therapy for many different reasons: the exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix, the pain that intellectualizing cannot soothe, or the quiet overwhelm of carrying too much for too long.

I believe that healing is less about fixing and more about being truly heard and seen. As a Chinese therapist trained in both Eastern and Western traditions, I work from an integrative approach alongside Taoist and Buddhist ways of understanding suffering and the inner world. Everyone is unique, and I tailor my approach to what you and your journey call for.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and complex trauma, as well as those moving through the disorientation of immigration or a deeper search for meaning and self. If something here resonates with you, welcome to reach out. I’d be honoured to sit with you.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and have completed specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based approaches, couples therapy, and sex therapy. I am currently an IFS Level 1 Therapist, with over 2,500 hours of experience providing individual and couples psychotherapy.

My clinical experience has included private practice as well as a variety of mental health settings, supporting adults and couples through relationship conflict, intimacy and trust, betrayal and relationship repair, anxiety, stress, trauma, self-worth, and major life transitions. These experiences have taught me that meaningful change often begins when we have a space where we feel safe enough to slow down, be curious, and understand what is happening beneath the surface.

In our sessions, I hope to help you better understand yourself, your relationship, and the patterns that may keep bringing you back to the same places. Especially in couples therapy, we may look beyond who is right or wrong and begin to understand the cycle between you—the reaching, withdrawing, protecting, and longing underneath it. Healing is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you or changing your partner. It is about creating enough safety and understanding for something new to become possible.

I hold a Master of Science in Psychotherapy from McMaster University and am a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO. I identify as a POC therapist and work from a culturally responsive, 2SLGBTQI+ affirming perspective.

With over six years of experience across diverse settings, from crisis helplines to community programs and family health teams, I’ve learned that real healing emerges when therapy is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in real-world challenges.

As a therapist, my priority is to offer compassionate, genuine care, especially when life feels heavy. My approach is eclectic, but I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) as my guiding framework. Deep healing begins when we approach every part of ourselves - the wounded, the angry, the lonely, even the parts we dislike with curiosity rather than judgment.

In our sessions, I create a safe space where your story is honored without reservation. You hold the deepest wisdom about your life; my role is to walk beside you with clinical insight, therapeutic tools, and steady presence as we uncover your inner strength together. Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself; it’s about awakening the resilience and wholeness already within you. When you’re ready to begin, I’m here.
